TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND USE OF VSLENDER EARTH WRAP KITS 

 

This Terms and Conditions is for the purchase of Premier Skin tight Studios LLC’s VSlender Earth Wrap Kits (“Product”).

In this Terms and Conditions we explicate the dos and don’ts and the instructions associated with the purchase and use of VSlender Earth Wrap Kit. You are strongly advised to read this terms and conditions before you purchase the product, the purchase of VSlender Earth Wrap Kit by you is explicitly restricted to and governed by these Terms and Conditions.  Purchasing the product signifies your acceptance of this terms and conditions. 

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made a material part of any purchase order. 

CAPACITY TO ENTER CONTRACTUAL TRANSACTIONS 

Your purchase of the product is conditioned on your capacity to enter into a legally binding contractual relationship. Purchaser represent that he/she is 18years of age and above and is mentally sound to enter into this contractual transaction.

PRODUCT DESIGN AND USE

Premier Skin tight Studios  reserves the right to discontinue the production of the product, to make changes in its design or to add improvements to the product at any time without prior notice to the Customer. 

Purchaser acknowledge and agrees that while using the product best practices will be adhered to. Purchaser agree and acknowledge that the product is potent and that while using the product, they/he/she/it shall wear gloves and use the product carefully. 

 

PURCHASING VSLENDER EARTH WRAP

Purchasers acknowledge that they have watched the video tutorial before purchasing the product. Purchasers also acknowledge that purchase and use of the product is in accordance with the instructions and specifications of the product guidelines such as careful use of the product due to its potency and wearing of gloves before use of the product etc.

CHANGES

We have the sovereign right to effect changes to these Terms. Notification of such changes may be by posting the modified Terms on the website.   Where such changes have been effected and you continue to purchase the product after being notified of the changes, such usage will constitute an acceptance of the revised Terms. 

The “Last Updated” date stated in the Terms indicates when the Terms was last changed. We may, at any time and without liability, adjust or discontinue all or part of the Service; charge, modify or waive any fees required to use the Service; or offer opportunities to some or all Service users.

ORDERS, PROHIBITION ON RESELLING, AND PRICE

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE CLAIMS OR ANY DISPUTE WITH PREMIER SKINTIGHT LLC IS TO IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

 

REPRESENTATION

Premier Skintight LLC respresent that the product works on a case by case basis and is not a one-stop cure for any conditions in your body. The product is best used for loose skin on the neck and jaw and only assists with a refreshing appearance as an anti-aging product.

INDEMNITY

​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premier Skintight and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from your use of the Site and any violation of these Terms and Conditions. If you cause a technical disruption of the Site or the systems transmitting the Site to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption. Premier Skintight LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you including settlement of third party claim and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with Premier Skintight LLC in the defense of such matter.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The laws of the United States govern these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Country. This product is only available in the United States and United Kingdom, Purchasers in other jurisdictions are advised to comply with the provisions of their law as Premier Skintight shall not be held liable for violation of the laws of a country.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place.

NO WAIVER

​

Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of Premier Skintight LLC shall have any legal effect whatsoever.

Thus, no failure on the part of Premier Skintight to enforce any part of the Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any Premier Skintight’s rights under the Terms whether for part or future actions on the part of any person. Neither the receipt of any funds by Premier Skintight LLC nor the reliance of any person Premier Skintight LLC’s actions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of the Terms and Conditions.

CHANGING AN ORDER

​

Due to the nature of our products, once your VSlender Earth Wrap order has been processed, you cannot make changes. 

 

NO RETURN POLICY

​

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns of the VSlender Earth Wrap kits. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

It is our policy that all transactions on our site are final due to the nature of our product. Once your order has been made, cannot withdraw or cancel your authorization for us to complete the purchase.

REFUND POLICY 

​

Notwithstanding our cancellation policy, there are instances when a refund will be made on a case by case basis upon determination of the circumstances by Premier Skintight LLC 

Events where refund might be considered:

1. Excessive payment: If the funds you pay for the purchase of the product are in excess, we will gladly refund them to you except you further instruct us to purchase more VSlender Earth Wrap kits. 

There shall be no refunds when you have purchased our product and suddenly changed your mind on the purchase or when you have used our product and discontinued the use of the product. 

To get a refund if your request falls under any of the above categories, you shall send a message on contact us, with your account details, details of the transaction, and reason for the request.
